Apple’s Worldwide Marketing Communications group is seeking a manager to lead digital innovation with a newly-formed creative technology team. This individual will be responsible for driving web-standard (HTML5) innovation that enhances and redefines the marketing of Apple’s products and services to millions of consumers. Work will also include exploring opportunities with apple.com, email, and mobile/multi-touch experiences on iPhone and iPad. This role requires working closely with the design, IA, and development groups on the interactive team and will be an integral part of Marketing Communications’ creative efforts. The manager will also play a key role in connecting the interactive team with other product engineering groups at Apple in order to take full advantage of Mac OS, iPhone, and iPad.
Principle responsibilities include:
● Leading a team developing desktop and mobile interactive prototypes to evaluate innovative ideas and approaches to standards-based (HTML5) web development
● Innovating in areas of web interaction design and development
● Researching and developing new ideas using cutting edge technologies and techniques
● Exploring mobile and multi-touch web development opportunities for apple.com
