Celmaro has announced the immediate availability of Minco 1.2, an innovative, minimalist lightweight time tracking solution for Mac OS X Snow Leopard. It fully integrates with iCal and allows to write time logs in self specified formats to the file system, to the web and in the task note. Minco can also visualize the daily spend time in iCal and hereby allows sharing with others.
Minco is running in the system menu to give quick and easy access via shortcuts. The intuitive and elegant user interface is consequently optimized and focused on tracking, adding, and modifying tasks. Minco shows the elapsed time or the acquired revenue in a huge display which can focus on a task, day, week, month or year.
Revenues for tasks can be calculated based on calendars and tags which allows to build complex billing schemes, easy to use. The iCal integration seamless exchange tasks with other applications supporting iCal without delay.
Minco 1.2 adds two new customizable output adapter. The URL connection adapter allows to publish work times to a web server via GET and POST requests. The task note adapter add the functionality to log the work times in the note of the task itself. This is quite helpful to archive work times in the task itself to access them from other applications ( such as Things from Cultured Code ) via Apple Calendar Store API.
